I am so proud of this ruggedly handsome man! Mike is going back to school and his first day was tonight. He is doing a program through BYU-Idaho and will go to school every Thursday night in pursuit of a degree. Mike is a VERY hard worker and I've nagged him about actually having a degree and he never really entertained the idea because we NEED his current job and Mike wasn't very fond of the whole school idea anyways. Well, with the program he's doing, it's extremely affordable and it won't interfere with his work schedule. I am so grateful for all that he does for our little family and the many blessings this will bring to us! LOVE YOU BABE!

First Day of School

Daddy's Boy
Preston is such a daddy's boy. He always wants Mike when he's home and is constantly trying to play with him even while he's doing the dishes. I get a little jealous at times but after a long day, I'm ok with him wanting his daddy instead of his tired mommy.

Getting Ready for Christmas
Tonight my parents and grandma {who's in town visitng} came over and helped us put up our Christmas tree as we listened to Christmas music and made homemade donuts. Preston of course wanted to touch everything but we kept telling him no and he finally got the picture that he wasn't supposed to touch the tree and so he won't try to touch it....thank goodness. I love these pictures because I didn't edit them AT ALL but they turned out awesome.

Dear Santa, I forgot a few things...
Ok Santa, there were a few things left off my previous list that I would like to go ahead and add on there....
This camera bag... Yeah, a camera bag that also serves as a purse!!! I love, Love, LOVE it!

I REALLY want this skirt

Mac 'n Cheese
For lunch today I decided to let Preston try to feed himself. I gave him his spoon and he would dip it in the macaroni but wouldn't get anything on the spoon. After a few times of dunking the spoon he decided he was just going to stick his hand in the bowl and not use the spoon. It made for a VERY messy lunch but he had a bath afterwards. He loved his new freedom and was NOT happy when I took the bowl of macaroni and the spoon away to clean up. So I let him take his spoon with him in the bath tub.

Monkey Jumping on the Bed
While I was gone on photo shoots Saturday, Preston and Mike built a fort in the guest bedroom by taking apart the bed, throwing in some blankets and pillows and couch cushions. The couch cushions and pillows have been put back since then but the mattress is still seperated from the box spring and Preston loves to go and play in there flopping all over the place. So fun!
